These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. The promotion applies to any purchase of a promotional St Austell Tribute 4X500ml can pack or purchase of a St Austell Tribute pint in participating pubs during the main promotional period (11:00 23rd September 2024 – 23:00 17th November 2024) and the mop-up draw period (11:00 18th November 2024 – 23:00 15th December 2024). Purchase required, unique code necessary.

One entry per day permitted per person during the main promotional period and mop-up draw period between the hours of 11:00 - 23:00 GMT. Each entry made during 11:00 23rd September 2024 – 23:00 17th November 2024 will be entered into the corresponding weekly prize draw (Monday – Sunday) and winning moments promotion. Each entry made during 11:00 18th November 2024 – 23:00 15th December 2024 will be entered into the mop-up draw. Winning moment prizes, awarded at random using a computer-generated winning moment mechanic, will be available during the main promotional period. Maximum of three winning moment prizes and one weekly prize can be won per person during the main promotional period. Maximum of one prize can be won per person during the mop-up period.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

The main promotional period, including the winning moments and weekly prize draws, will run from 11:00 23rd September 2024 – 23:00 17th November 2024. The mop-up draw period will run from 11:00 18th November 2024 – 23:00 15th December 2024.
Entries received after the mop-up draw period will not be accepted.

If you’re spending more than the value of your gift voucher, you’ll need to pay the additional amount using another payment method in the usual way. Winning moment prizes will be allocated randomly using an online instant winning moment mechanic during the main promotional period. Prizes will be allocated via “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds), 120 in total. These have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, you win a Prize. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prizes not won before the next winning moment are rolled over and will be allocated to the winner on or after the next winning moment. For the weekly prizes, the winners will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the draw date. The winners will have 14 days of first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize and show proof of age via email in the form of copy of passport, driving licence or equivalent via reply to the email notification. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize, or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat for three months after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner. The weekly prize winners will be requested to provide their county of residence for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.
Once valid acceptance confirmation has been given and after the completion of the verification process, the Sporting Experience will be organised via the prize agency. The winners can expect to be contacted by the prize agency via email within 2 weeks.
For winning moment prize winners during the main promotional period, entrants will be notified instantly on screen if they have won or not, what they have won and will also receive a winner notification email to the email address provided on entry. Winners will be asked at the time of win to provide their home postal address (if rugby ball winners) for the purposes of prize fulfilment. Prize delivery for Tribute £10 e-voucher shall be made by email to the winners’ email addresses within 28 days of the date of win, subject to validation of the details uploaded. Prize delivery for Tribute rugby balls shall be made within 28 days by Royal Mail first class postal delivery to each winner’s home postal address provided after win notification, subject to validation of the details uploaded.
For the mop-up prize bundle draw, the winner will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the draw date. The winner will have 14 days of first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize and show proof of age via email in the form of copy of passport, or driving licence or equivalent via reply to the email notification. The winner will be asked at the time of win to provide their home postal address if rugby ball winners.

Any reallocated Sporting Experience will be organised via the prize agency. The winners can expect to be contacted by the prize agency via email within 2 weeks after valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
We will try our best to get your prizes to you as quickly as possible and will endeavour to communicate any delays to you. If a winner does not follow the prize claim instructions at the time of win, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and return the prize to the prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the main or mop-up draw promotional period.
The Promoter will make available the weekly prize winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion.
Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting tribute@promotionhandling.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing tribute@promotionhandling.com. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for promotional pack or promotional card and proof of address and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which they must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and acceptance of a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death, and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. All data will be deleted 3 months after the end date of each promotional period with the exception of the weekly prize winners whose data will be deleted after the completion of their trip. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.
